This collection is the Smoker Performance lineup for ultra-light kart racing sprockets, gears, and the Smoker gear hub. Parts are machined from 7075 aluminum to reduce rotating mass on #219 and #35 kart chain setups used in LO206, 4-cycle, and 2-cycle racing.

LO206 4-cycle Smoker gear hub and two-piece gears

The Smoker Performance lightweight gear hub is built for LO206 and other 4-cycle karts in 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm axle sizes. Pair it with ultra-light two-piece #219 gears for fast gear changes on the hub. Full-tooth and half-tooth sizes are on the two-piece product page. Two-piece gears are the correct match for this gear hub on 4-cycle setups.

2-cycle one-piece gears

Smoker Performance one-piece ultra-light gears are the option for 2-cycle karts. Full-tooth and half-tooth sizes are on the same one-piece product page. They are a thinner, lighter one-piece sprocket for racers who want less rotating weight without a split two-piece hub gear.

Half-tooth gears for one-piece and two-piece
