How to Get Support

We are busy building engines and karts. Follow these steps.

Step 1. Check stock on the product page.
If it adds to cart, it is in stock.
If it says Sold Out, it is not available. Email us for a restock date.

Step 2. For order questions, parts, questions, part comparability, lookup, inventory, cart issues, shipping, or placing an order, use email, live chat, or the quick form below. Do not call.

Step 3. Look at the top of the page. If the live chat icon is showing, chat is open. Use it. It is very efficient.

A support team answers email 12 hours a day. Replies are very fast during business hours, within 5 minutes.

We help with LO206 racing engines, Swift Kart chassis, frame straightening, dyno tuning, and shop services.

The shop is just south of Indianapolis, off the Whiteland exit on I-65. We are three quarters of a mile from the I-65 S / Whiteland Exit intersection.

Email is best to schedule an engine consultation, chassis work, or product pickup. Call only if you are a current or future engine or chassis customer.

PRO AM Karting Championship (Motorsports Country Club of Cincinnati, OH)

If you race with any of these series, email us before the weekend and we can bring parts, engines, or support to the track.

Online Orders and Shipping

We ship engines, parts, and accessories anywhere in the United States and Canada. Place orders through the online store. We do not take orders over the phone. Only when the Live Customer Support Icon is showing at the top of the page, can a live agent help you place a order over the phone, they will call you, contact them thru that.
