Swift Karting does not guarantee that any product complies with the rules of a specific racing organization or class.
Motorsports Use and Liability Acknowledgment
Motorsports activities are inherently dangerous and involve risks of serious injury, property damage, or death.
By purchasing any product from Swift Karting, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Racing and performance parts involve inherent risks when installed or used
- Swift Karting does not provide installation, engineering, or safety guarantees
- Product performance, durability, and suitability depend on proper installation, maintenance, and use
- Track conditions, vehicle setup, driving behavior, and racing environments are outside of Swift Karting’s control
You voluntarily assume all risks and responsibility related to the purchase, installation, and use of any product sold by Swift Karting.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Swift Karting, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:
- Use or misuse of products
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or safety guidelines
- Participation in racing, testing, or motorsports activities
Swift Karting shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, mechanical failure, lost winnings, lost track time, or consequential damages related to product use.
Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices, product availability, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
By placing an order, you represent that:
- All billing and shipping information is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
Swift Karting reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
Payment processing fees charged at checkout are non-refundable in the event of a return or refund.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping, handling, fulfillment, and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Carrier cutoff times and shipping eligibility are outlined in our Shipping Policy and may affect same-day order processing.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is tendered to the carrier.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, non-returnable items, processing fees, and deductions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Certain items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund. Payment processing fees, shipping charges, handling fees, and restocking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any approved refund as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
International Orders
International shipping is not available by default. Any international order must be approved in writing by Swift Karting prior to purchase.
Approved international orders are final sale. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Unless otherwise stated, all products are provided as is and as available.
Most racing and performance parts carry no implied warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer. Swift Karting may assist with communication but does not guarantee warranty approval or outcomes.
Swift Karting makes no guarantees regarding performance results, competitiveness, legality for specific classes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swift Karting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website, products, or services.
Swift Karting’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
