Collection: Azusa Engineering

Azusa Engineering has supplied go-kart builders for decades. They started in the early days of karting and still produce parts that take a beating on tracks everywhere. From dirt ovals to asphalt sprints, their components show up in winning setups.

Key Azusa Parts for Your Kart

Axles are their bread and butter. Azusa live axles come in lengths from 30 to 36 inches, with keyed or splined ends to match most hubs. They use 1-inch diameter steel that resists bending under hard cornering. Swap in an Azusa axle when yours starts whipping.

Sprockets pair perfectly. Azusa offers #35 and #40 chain sprockets in sizes from 10 teeth to 60. Hardened steel teeth grip chain without stripping. Pick the right ratio for your engine; a 12/60 setup works for low-end torque on small blocks.

Bearings keep everything spinning smooth. Azusa pillow block bearings handle side loads on axles. Sealed units block dirt and hold grease. They also have flange mounts for frame setups where space is tight.

Engine Components and More

  • Clutch adapters for Honda GX and Clone engines.
  • Spindles and kingpins for front-end geometry.
  • Brake hubs and rotors that bolt right up.
  • Hubs with multiple bolt patterns.

These parts fit a range of karts, from LO206 classes to outlaw modifieds. Azusa keeps tolerances tight, so you get repeatable setups. No guesswork on spindle spacing or axle alignment.

We've stocked Azusa for years because they deliver. A customer last weekend swapped an Azusa axle and sprocket combo on his 450cc kart. Gained two tenths a lap on gear changes alone. Their stuff wears even; bearings last full seasons with basic maintenance.
