The Mini Sprocket Hub from Smoker Performance is the machined part that securely mounts your rear sprocket to the axle on a 4-stroke kart. Newer drivers often wonder how they can change gear ratios quickly between races. This billet hub makes it simple: just unbolt one sprocket and bolt on another without removing the entire assembly.
Machined from 7075 aluminum with a split-clamp design and keyway, the hub delivers precise fitment and reliable power transfer. Racers running 4-stroke classes choose between titanium hardware for every last gram of weight savings or steel hardware when they want maximum durability at a lower price. The full system (hub plus sprocket plus guard) weighs just 15 oz.
It works with all Smoker Performance #219 and #35 ultra-light sprockets from 42T through 85T. The carbon fiber sprocket guard shown in the lifestyle image is sold separately.
