IMPORTANT – READ BEFORE PURCHASING
- Final sale items: many racing-related products are not eligible for return
- Return requests: must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and require approval
- Restocking fee: 18% on all approved returns
- Outbound shipping & handling: non-refundable
- Return shipping: customer pays return shipping (we cover it only if this was our own fault/mistake)
- Payment processing fee: 4% of the total order amount (including shipping and tax) is non-refundable.
- Authorization required: no returns accepted without prior approval

Order Processing & Shipping Information
Swift Karting utilizes Tier 4 shipping rates to provide highly competitive shipping costs for all item shipping. There may be an outbound handling fee included in the shipping total for orders below a certain subtotal to help cover packaging, fulfillment, and processing costs.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates only and are provided by the carrier. Swift Karting does not control carrier transit times and cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has shipped. Outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Cutoff Times
Orders must be placed before the following carrier cutoff times to ship the same business day:
- USPS Priority: before 9:30 AM
- FedEx Ground: before 2:00 PM
- UPS Ground: before 3:30 PM
Orders placed after these cutoff times typically ship the following business day. Expedited shipping options do not guarantee same-day shipment or specific delivery dates.
Final Sale, Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of karting and racing products, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund once shipped:
- Tires, including rain tires
- Helmets and safety equipment
- Headsocks and visors
- Liquids, oils, lubricants, chemicals, and tire prep products
- Electrical and electronic components, including data systems, gauges, sensors, and ignition-related electronics
- Clearance and closeout items
- Special order items
- Books, videos, and software
- Cut-to-length or custom-modified items
These items cannot be returned for any reason, regardless of condition.
Large & Dimensional Items
Seats, bodywork, and other oversized items ship based on dimensional weight rather than actual weight.
- Outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returns may require additional handling or packaging
- Shipping costs may be significant even if the item is unused
Customers are encouraged to contact us before ordering if they have questions about shipping costs for oversized items.
Eligible Returns
Items not listed as final sale may be eligible for return only with prior approval from Swift Karting.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, unopened packaging
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- A return authorization is required before sending any item back
Returns received without authorization may be refused.
Return Request Timing & Approval
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. All return requests are subject to review and approval by Swift Karting.
Approval does not guarantee a full refund. Approved returns are refunded according to this policy, including applicable restocking fees, non-refundable shipping and handling charges, and non-refundable payment processing fees.
Items received outside the 30-day window, used, installed, damaged, or not in resalable condition may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to an 18% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee applies regardless of item condition.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for approved returns. Original outbound shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Swift Karting will cover return shipping only in cases where an item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Returned items must be packaged securely. Swift Karting is not responsible for damage that occurs during return transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Original outbound shipping charges, handling fees, restocking fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable.
If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the outbound shipping and handling cost may be deducted from the refund.
Refunds may take several business days to process. Additional time may be required for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Payment Processing Fees
Payment processing fees charged to Swift Karting at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
For approved returns, a fee equal to 4% of the total order amount, including shipping and taxes, will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- Replacement items ship at no additional charge when approved
Exchanges are not available for clearance items, special orders, or international shipments.

Customer initiates the request
Within 30 days of purchase, the customer contacts Swift Karting by email or phone to request a return approval.

Return request review
Swift Karting reviews the request to confirm the item is eligible for return, within the allowed timeframe, and meets return condition requirements.
If approved, the customer receives return authorization instructions. If denied, the customer is notified with the reason for denial. -
Customer ships the item back
Once approved, the customer ships the item back at their own expense using a trackable shipping method. The item must be securely packaged to prevent damage. -
Item inspection
After the return is received, Swift Karting inspects the item to verify:- The item is unused and uninstalled
- The item is in original, resalable condition
- The item matches the approved return authorization

Refund processing
If the item passes inspection, the refund is processed according to this policy. Applicable restocking fees, payment processing fees, and non-refundable shipping charges are deducted before the refund is issued. -
Refund completion
The refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
