These are Smoker Performance #35 two-piece gear packages. They are built from the #35 two-piece sizes we stock (40T through 52T, including half-tooth). They are not the same packs as the #219 gear package page. Every gear in the box is the same ultra-light two-piece #35 gear sold on the #35 two-piece sprocket page.

How to choose
- Want the whole #35 drawer except Kid Kart? Pick ★ Favorite 25-Gear 40-52T Mix. That is every size from 40T to 52T, full and half-tooth.
- Need a 15-gear mix with half-tooth? Use the low (40-47T), mid (42-49T), or high (45-52T) 15-gear pack.
- Full tooth only? Use the low 40-46T pack or the high 47-52T pack.
- 57T Kid Kart is not in any package. Buy that size by itself on the two-piece page.
Each range pack is $0.50 off per gear versus buying those same two-piece #35 gears one at a time. These packs are full tooth only.

Each sprocket is CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum and 1 mm thinner than a standard #35 gear. Add more than one pack by adding the first to cart, then coming back to this page for the next pack.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Is 57T Kid Kart in a package? No. Kid Kart 57T is only sold by itself on the #35 two-piece page.
- Why is there no 30-gear pack? #35 two-piece only has 25 sizes from 40T through 52T. The 25-gear mix is the complete set, priced at the same per-gear break as the #219 30-gear packs.
- Will these fit my Smoker mini hub? Yes. These are the same two-piece #35 gears. Hub and guard are not included.
