Machined from 7075 aluminum, this #219 two-piece gear is a full 1mm thinner than standard Driveline versions. The split design is pre-cut to clear chassis rails. Hub, gear, and guard together weigh 15 oz. Full-tooth sizes run 42T through 66T. Half-tooth two-piece #219 gears are also in stock from 48.5T through 64.5T (48.5, 49.5, 50.5, and so on) so you can sit right on a 3.5 ratio with a 15T driver instead of jumping a full tooth.

Installation Tips: These #219 split gears bolt to a 30mm, 40mm, or 50mm mini gear hub with optional titanium hardware. Use the matching two-piece guard (6.5 inch for 54–60T or 7.5 inch for 61–66T). Slide the two-piece #219 gear onto the hub, line the pre-cut relief with your in-rail drive, and torque evenly so the chain does not bind. A gear-guard chain aligner keeps the #219 chain straight after the swap.

Built for 4-stroke karts with the drive inside the chassis rails. Must be run with a Smoker mini hub. Add a carbon two-piece #219 gear cover or the lightweight mini-hub guard with the tooth count window so you can read 52.5T or 53T without pulling the cover.
