Titanium bolts: do not over-tighten
Titanium is lighter, but it will snap if you crank these M6 bolts down too hard. That is why racers often need a replacement kit. Snug them firmly, then stop. If you want hardware that is more forgiving on torque, pick the Steel variant.
This Smoker Performance M6 Sprocket Hub Hardware Kit is a set of four bolts and four locking nuts that secure your sprocket to the mini hub on your kart axle. For beginners, these small parts are what keep the chain drive connected so your go-kart can move forward.
Racers keep spares in their box because a missing bolt or chewed thread can ruin a race day 🏎️. The kit is designed specifically for Smoker Performance mini sprocket hubs and #219 one-piece or two-piece sprockets. Remember this is replacement hardware only, not a hub or sprocket.
