Engine Assembly Service - Clutch Tuning, Pipe Install, Fuel Lines, Safety Wire

We professionally assemble and tune your Briggs LO206 racing engine before it leaves our shop, so it bolts on, fires up, and runs to spec on the very first session. Every build is hand assembled by a working LO206 engine builder, photographed at each major step, and covered by a written build sheet.

What is included in the assembly

• Clutch installation and tuning. Engagement RPM set for your class, gearing, and driver weight.
• Exhaust pipe install. Pipe header torqued to spec with fresh gasket and silencer / muffler check.
• Fuel line routing. Clean fuel system, in-line filter, and a vent layout that survives a full race day.
• Full safety wiring. Head bolts, oil drain, carb bowl, and exhaust hardware drilled and wired per WKA / SKUSA tech.
• Pre-track inspection. Visual once-over, idle test fire, and a sound check before the engine ships.

What you receive

1. Engine ready to bolt to chassis and race, with the correct breather, plug, and fasteners installed.
2. Build sheet with clutch shoe, spring, washer, and gearing notes.
3. First-session tuning recommendations for your home track.
4. Photos of the completed build for your records.

Lead time and shipping

Standard turnaround is one to two weeks once your engine is in our hands. We will email a shipping label and tracking when the build is complete. If you have a race deadline, contact us before booking so we can confirm the schedule.
