VP’s 8-pack of Microfiber Drying Towels is the wash-rack set for a kart track, not a single show towel you are afraid to use. Each towel is extra thick and packed with microfibers that grab water, rubber dust, and soap instead of pushing it around the sidepod. Dry the kart, wipe the visor bag area, and still have a clean towel left for the inside of the trailer door.

Kart bodywork scratches when you dry it with a grit-loaded shop rag. These towels are built to pull water off plastic, vinyl, and painted panels without shedding lint into clip holes and rivet lines. Use a dirty towel for the floor pan and chain-side rail. Use a clean one for the nose, Nassau panel, and number plates. That is why you want eight, not two.

Q: Why an 8-pack at a kart track?
A: One towel gets filthy on the first wash. You need a dirty set for rails and floor, a clean set for plastic, and a spare when the first six are wet.

Q: Are these safe on kart plastic and vinyl numbers?
A: Used clean, yes. They are made for clear coat and finished surfaces and do not shed lint like a cotton shop towel. Grit in the towel is still what scratches. Shake it out and flip to a clean face.

Q: Can I dry the LO206 with them?
A: Wipe the tin and mount after a careful wash. Do not pack a wet towel against the air filter, carb, or coil. Dry the bodywork. Keep water out of the 206.

Q: Will they leave streaks on sidepods?
A: They are meant for a streak-free wipe if the panel was rinsed and the towel is clean. Soap left on the pod, or a towel full of rubber dust, will streak. Rinse the kart, then dry.

Q: How should I wash them after a race weekend?
A: Separate from shop rags. No fabric softener. No bleach. Wash out the black water, then dry. A stiff, greasy towel is just a pretty shop rag.

Q: Can I use one as a visor towel?
A: Keep a marked visor towel. Bodywork towels pick up grit. That grit on a visor is a scratch you will see in the sun on the front straight.

Q: Do they replace a leaf blower or compressor after a wash?
A: No. Blow water out of clip holes and the floor if you can, then towel the panels. The towels finish the job and catch what air blows onto the vinyl.

Q: Where do I keep them in the trailer?
A: In a clean bag, off the floor, away from the chain-lube shelf. A towel that sat on the trailer floor is already dirty before it hits the nose.
