On a Viper-style dry clutch, the shoes (levers) swing out as rpm climbs and grab the drum so the go-kart axle gets drive. This black anodized aluminum support is the hub those levers bolt around. The big-pin version is cut for 3/16 in pin-bore levers, including Bully-style levers used in kart racing and sprint kart clutch builds.

Each of the six arms has paired holes for the larger dowels. You need six FCDC-DP6 or Bully BCDP6 pins; they are not in the box. Big-pin and small-pin supports are not interchangeable, so match the lever bore before you order.

Compatibility Notes: Use this plate only on Viper clutch applications that run 3/16 in pin-bore levers. Pair it with FCDC-DP6 or Bully BCDP6 dowel pins. Do not mix it with small-pin lever hardware on a karting dry clutch.

Finish is black anodized so it holds up to heat and chain-side grit on a 4-cycle kart or clone engine driveline. Install it as the backing plate so the shoes stay aligned as they swing. Hardware beyond the support itself is sold separately, including the Viper clutch lever support screw and a clutch weight lever nut.

FAQ

Will this Viper clutch lever support fit my Bully-style 3/16 in levers?
Yes. The big-pin support accepts any 3/16 in pin-bore lever used on Viper dry clutches, including Bully-style levers for kart racing. You still need six FCDC-DP6 or Bully BCDP6 dowel pins, sold separately. Many Bully hub rebuilds also run the FCDC-BCDP replacement drive plate.
Can I use small-pin dowels or a small-pin support with this plate?
No. Big-pin and small-pin Viper clutch lever supports are not interchangeable. If your levers have a 3/16 in pin bore, stay with this big-pin plate and the matching larger dowels for a correct karting clutch stack.
