Leatherneck BML Large Tire Band - 12" Diameter - Burris & Hoosier Treaded

Seating stubborn beads on 12-inch treaded rubber is a notorious pitfall for unprepared go karts. The Leatherneck BML Large Tire Band is built for that job. Wrap it around the tire, tighten it down, and the beads have a much better chance of popping out to the rim instead of the carcass growing in the middle.

That same problem shows up when you put a narrower tire on a wider rim. The bead does not want to catch. This band holds the tire in so you can get it to bead without fighting it all afternoon.

Made for bigger, stiffer 12-inch rubber like Burris and Hoosier treads. Heavy-duty steel with a 1/2" threaded rod and an oversized coupling nut. Hit the nut with an impact gun and it tightens fast.

Need replacement hardware later? Use the Tire Band Repair Kit. Direct fit on current production bands. Older style bands may need a slight modification to the band. Keep the threads greased so the rod and nut keep turning freely.
