The MC5TBS throttle and brake position sensor allows you to record driver pedal input directly. This sensor captures exactly when, how fast, and how consistently the throttle or brake is applied, turning driver feel into measurable data.

This sensor is compatible with both MyChron 5 and MyChron 6 systems and is commonly used for driver development, braking analysis, and consistency improvement.

Why throttle and brake data matters

Installation notes

The MC5TBS is a linear position sensor designed to be mounted to either the throttle pedal or brake pedal. Proper mounting ensures smooth, repeatable readings and accurate data.

Calibration is performed inside AiM Race Studio software and allows the full pedal travel to be mapped correctly.
