Brake fluid is the liquid that lives inside the hoses and master cylinder so your foot can tell the brakes to stop the kart. This Motul DOT 5.1 bottle is the right choice for most modern racing chassis instead of the older silicone stuff.
Racers running newer OTK or Euro setups reach for it because it handles repeated hard stops without fading.
Compatibility Notes: Typically used in newer OTK and Euro Brake Systems on sprint karts and shifter karts. NOT FOR USE IN MCP SYSTEMS. Does not mix with standard Silicone DOT 5 Fluid. Flush your go-kart brake system when changing types.
