⚙ HOW TO CHOOSE YOUR CLAMP SIZE

You need to know tube diameter and rail spacing type (I or K). Measure at the motor mount area on the driver's right side near the rear axle, where the two parallel frame tubes hold the mount.

1. Tube Diameter

  • 28mm - common on cadet/junior karts and some Birel AM29
  • 30mm - most common; Tony Kart, Kosmic, Margay, Coyote, VLR
  • 32mm - larger senior chassis; some Tony Kart, FA Kart, Top Kart

2. Rail Spacing (I or K)

Measure outer-to-outer across both rails, then subtract one tube diameter:

  • I Type - 92mm, European / most non-CRG karts
  • K Type - 90mm, CRG-derived chassis

Example: 122mm outer-to-outer - 30mm tube = 92mm = I Type

This red one-piece engine mount is the upgraded version of our old LO206 mount. It bolts your Briggs LO206 or similar four-cycle engine rigidly to an international rail kart chassis. Machined from 6061 aluminum with lightening pockets, it provides proven slider-style engine positioning without the extra weight or height.

With no separate plate, it sits 1.5 inches lower than the old LO206 8-degree mount with plate, reducing frontal area while lowering the engine center of gravity. At 3.174 lbs with clamps, it is 2.6 lbs lighter than a traditional slider.
