Collection: KG Karting

KG Karting makes chassis and parts that take a beating on the track. They've been supplying racers with solid frames, complete karts, and components for years. If you're setting up a new machine or repairing after a hard race weekend, their stuff holds up.

Chassis Built for Speed

Start with KG's chassis. These are 125cc or 206cc frames, tuned for dirt ovals, asphalt sprints, or road courses. The tubing is thick-walled steel, welded tight, with adjustable kingpin angles and caster settings right out of the box. You get front and rear nerf bars standard, plus axle carriers that swap easy for different track conditions. No flex under power; they track straight through corners.

Performance Parts Lineup

KG stocks hubs, spindles, brake systems, and steering gear. Their live axles come in 1-inch or 1.25-inch diameters, with keyways for positive drive. Caliper brakes pair with vented rotors that shed heat fast. Radius rods and heim joints are chromoly for strength without extra weight. Engine mounts fit Honda, IAME, or clone motors clean.

  • Axles and bearings: Hardened steel, sealed units.
  • Brake kits: Single or dual piston, easy bleed fittings.
  • Steering wheels and columns: Quick-release hubs.

Accessories and Complete Karts

Don't overlook seats, floor pans, and bodywork. KG's fiberglass noses and side pods mount with Dzus fasteners; they flex on impact but pop back. Complete karts arrive roller-ready, with fresh chains, sprockets, and fuel tanks. Add their headers and exhausts for that extra top-end pull.

Racers run KG from club level to nationals. Parts bolt on without fab work. We've got most in stock; call if you need a custom bend or weld. Check the listings below for what's ready to ship. Tighten your setup with KG Karting gear that wins.
