Rev-limited ignition coils: match the coil to your class, not your engine
Rev-limited coils exist because restrictor plates alone don't reliably control kart speeds across a mixed field. The coil's RPM cutoff is set by your racing class, not by what the engine can physically do - running the wrong cutoff for your class is a common, easily-avoidable rules violation. Typical class cutoffs used across 196-212cc programs:
